context.dll missing or not found

They typically have the file extension .dll and if they aren't where the referencing program expects them to be, you may get an error saying that the library is missing or not found.

On channel, this expression is used when someone has said something that doesn't appear to make sense in the context of the conversational threads at hand. (dist. from: parse.pl returns error "wtf?";) It is a more generalized form of the seguementation fault expression, and can be used even when the person has not suggested a segue, but just blurts out a line (or a bunch of lines) that don't fit the context.
