Josh Bought a Condominium

I went ahead and bought a condo in Saline, Michigan, outside of Ann Arbor in July 2009. Built in late 2003/early 2004 by Peters Building Company, it's a 1576 square feet ranch condo with another 700+ square feet of partially-finished basement. It includes:

• 3 bedrooms (one of which is the library and one of which is the home office in the basement)
• 3 full bathrooms (one of which is in the basement)
• 2-car attached (side-by-side) garage
• 9-foot ceilings on the entry level, with cathedral ceiling in the master bedroom
• Ceiling fans
• Central air
• Gas fireplace
• Humidifier on the furnace
• Oak railings on and around the stairwell
• Private entryway
• Reverse-osmosis water filtration system
