Josh Play Recipes Dessert Chocolate Crinkle Cookies



  1. In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate and oil with an electric mixer.
  2. While mixing, add the rest of the ingredients (but not the nuts or chips).
  3. Stop the mixer.
  4. Stir in with a spoon the nuts and chips.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Remove from refrigerator.
  7. Hand-roll into golf ball sized spheres.
  8. Roll spheres in confectioners' (powdered) sugar
  9. Place on a parchment paper-covered cookie sheet.
  10. Bake at 350F for 17 minutes
  11. Allow to cool on sheet for 2 minutes.
  12. Transfer cookies to cooling rack.

Makes 3 dozen cookies.
