Mousse in a Blender
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.67 cup milk
Optionally, you can include the flavored liquer of your choice.
- Heat the milk but do not bring it to a boil.
- Put all ingredients (including the hot milk) into a blender.
- Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
- Pour mousse into small cups or serving bowls.
Serve with an equal amount of whipped cream.
