Menu: Montrio

While attending the 1999 USENIX conference in Monterey California, a group of us went to Montrio. The menu included:

• Appetizer:
  • Risotto with artichokes, baby spinach, bacon, and pine nuts
• Entrées:
  • 7-ounce filet mignon in a burgundy wine reduction
  • Roasted duck with pearl barley and wild rice in a gin and plum reduction.
