Josh Play Recipes Side dish Twice-Baked Potatoes



  1. Bake the potatoes whole, until done.
  2. Slice the potatoes lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out the insides, leaving an 0.25-inch shell. Do not puncture or tear the skins.
  4. Mash the potato innards with the other ingredients except paprika and cheese, mixing well.
  5. Refill the shells with the mixture.
  6. Top with cheese and paprika.
  7. Broil until browned on top.
