The FYI document we intend to create shall follow an expanded outline based on this in priority order:

Current Pitfalls in extensions of HTTP
- Usage of Response Version
- Usage of additional Response Codes
- Usage of new headers
- Issues with POST
Guidance in using currently underspecified features
- Usage of Upgrade: header
Transport related extension
- Transport requirements of HTTP today
- Issues pertaining to transactional HTTP
- Issues in using HTTP over UDP
- Usage or introduction of a transaction ID (XID) header.
HTTP Management
- Advice for content authors to ensure adequate description of content to firewall administrators such as mime-type declarations
- Dealing with multiple chained proxies and cache architectures is currently troublesome areas such as authentication and cache control.
- Advice for proper usage of cacheability headers
