- 16 oz. Peppridge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix (blue bag or red bag)
- 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup (alternatively, use cream of
celery or cream of chicken; you can mix soups successfully; you need 2
cans of soup, total)
- 2 sticks, Butter or margarine
- 2 Grade A eggs (large)
In large bowl, pour dry stuffing mix. Add the soup. Mix well.
Add the two eggs. Mix well. Add the two sticks of melted but
NOT HOT margarine/butter (don't cook the eggs!). Mix well.
Bake at approx 350 F for 40-60 minutes in small baking dish, or
stuff turkey and cook it inside (see also the turkey recipe).
Makes a good side dish for poultry meals.
