Be advised: The Holiday Inn is undergoing external renovation with some noise outside (between 8:30am and 6:00pm daily). Their renovation includes the removal of the external on-building signage, though the entrance sign still remains.

The room rate is $60/night plus taxes, and includes a free continental breakfast.
Both hotels share a (free and ample) parking lot and provide free wifi service. The Holiday Inn will be con.central as it (a) allows pets (though they're restricted to one section of the first floor), and (b) has a reasonable lobby with minimal seating and a restaurant and bar off of the lobby that's open until 11pm Thursday, 12m Friday and Saturday, and 10pm Sunday. The Holiday Inn also has an indoor/outdoor pool.
We do not have any group discount codes as we were unable to get advance confirmation of a 10-room block at either property.
