Josh Play Recipes Entree Balsamic Pork Tenderloin



  1. Combine vinegar, broth, soy in one bowl.
  2. Combine sugar cumin garlic chili salt and pepper in another.
  3. Rub pork with sugar mixture. Place in slow cooker, Pour vinegar mix on top.
  4. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  5. Top with balsamic glaze (reduce pot liquid).
  6. Broil pork 4-5 min to crisp exterior.

Serving suggestion

Serve with a starch, such as long grain and wild rice or roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and a vegetable, such as glazed carrots or parmesan-panko artichokes.
