Josh Play Recipes Entree Barbecued Pork Cubes Satay Style

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except the pork.
  3. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add in pork cubes and toss to cover.
  5. Cover and marinate in refridgerator at least 1 hour (overnight is okay).
  6. Divied cubes evenly on skewers.
  7. Broil about 5 minutes per side.

Serve with an onion-ginger confit.
