Menu: Passover

At my 2003 Passover seder (co-hosted with my good friend Laura), the menu was:

Appetizers--The traditional seder-related dishes:
- Charoset
- Gefilte fish
Soup--Chicken soup from scratch with matzoh balls
Salad--A simple salad course
Main course--Chicken Dianne, along with a potato-zucchini kugel and haricot verts
Dessert--The world-famous chocolate mousse cake with raspberry sauce, and chocolate and coconut macaroons
