Soups

The following soup recipes are currently available:

	Beef Barley Soup--Homemade beef barley soup; good for cold winter evenings.
	Black Bean Soup--Homemade black bean soup.
	Chicken Soup--Homemade chicken soup, with variations, along with reminiscences in making it.
	Cioppino--A spin on the San Francisco fish stew.
	French Onion Soup--A wonderful hearty onion soup, and one of my all-time favorites.
	Garlic Soup--A great dish if you like garlic.
	Hot & Sour Soup--A Chinese soup that's hot, sweet, and sour all at once.
	Matzo Balls (for Soup)--A Kosher for Passover addition for chicken soup.
	New England Clam Chowder--A nice old American recipe.
	Split Pea Soup with Ham--A hearty soup for fall or winter, servable as a first course or as an entrée.
