The following entrée or main course recipes are currently available. They're listed in alphabetical order by name, but a list ordered by main ingredient is also available.

(*) Chicken Feta Naughty--A pastry-wrapped chicken dish using cream, feta, and parmesan cheeses.
(*) Chicken Parmesan--A quick chicken parmesan recipe.
(+) Chicken Teriffic--Also known as Poulet de Norma Jean, this dish is a chicken in cream cider sauce.
