The following entrée or main course recipes are currently available. They're listed in alphabetical order by main ingredient, but an alphabetical list is also available.

Chicken, duck, turkey, and other poultry dishes Cajun Dirty Rice & Brown Poultry Stock — A cajun recipe for dirty rice, including the stock recipe that makes it fabulous. Cherry Turkey — A different take on Thanksgiving or Christmas turkey. Chicken Breasts Dianne — A wonderful chicken breast in a rich dijon/green onion/lemon sauce. Chicken Feta Naughty — A pastry-wrapped chicken dish using cream, feta, and parmesan cheeses. Chicken Parmesan — A quick chicken parmesan recipe. Chicken Teriffic — Also known as Poulet de Norma Jean, this dish is a chicken in cream cider sauce. Cranberry Chicken — A quick recipe for chicken in a tangy cranberry sauce. Duck Confit — A yummy duck confit that can be served as an entrée on a buffet. Lemon-Artichoke Chicken — A tasty preparation for chicken involving fresh lemon zest and juice, sour cream, and artichokes. Lemon-Dijon Chicken — A quick recipe for chicken that takes less than 20 minutes, preparation to serving. Raspberry Chicken — Sarah's fabulous chicken breasts in a raspberry cream and onion sauce that even a non-chef can make. Sezchuan Chicken — A spicy Chinese chicken dish. Turkey — The typical holiday turkey. Yellow — Chicken-based college student fare. Pasta dishes Lasagna Soup — A soup that has the flavors of Italian lasagna. Macaroni and Cheese Deluxe — One of the better recpies I've found for macaroni and cheese that doesn't include powdered cheese. Mastacioli — A recipe for a quick and easy mastacioli, penne rigate pasta slow-cooked in a hearty beef-and-sausage-based sauce. Skillet Lasagna — A quick and east way to make lasagna in a skillet. Balsamic Pork Tenderloin — A slow-cooker pork tenderloin that's sweet and salty and smoky. Pork in Beer Sauce — German pork tenderloin in a beer and onion sauce, with sauteed apples. Pork Stew — A spicy Jamaican pork stew. Satay Style Barbecued Pork — A spicy Thai pork dish. Split Pea Soup with Ham — A hearty soup for fall or winter, servable as a first course or as an entrée. Seafood dishes Cioppino — A spin on the San Francisco fish stew. Crab Casserole — A straightforward crab casserole from Bill Brockman. Crab Quiche — A good brunch dish from Bill Brockman. Greek-style Shrimp with Feta and Oregano — Shrimp and feta cheese with fresh oregano is a great dish over rice, orzo, or pasta. Mineralesque Shrimp — A complex-tasting but easy-to-make shrimp dish. Taste of Texas Shrimp and Pasta Salad — A light dinner entree perfect for summer nights. Vegetarian dishes Latkes — A basic recipe for potato latkes, a traditional Chanukkah dish. Salsa Wraps — A recipe combining salsa, leftover rice, and cheese that's quick and painless to make.
